QC Section Head (Soap Bar & Noodle Soap Industry)

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for implementation of quality in company.
Ensure document and data as per quality assurance concept.
Supervise and evaluate work procedures and standards related to operational activities.
Control, implement, and supervise the examination of the process of implementing quality policies to support the achievement of predetermined quality standards.
Control and supervise the raw material and finished goods quality in order to meet the standards set by the Company.
Supervise and evaluate socialization programs related to work procedures, company policy standards.
Responsible for internal/external audits and inspections and assist in corrective actions when necessary.
Analyze and evaluate the findings of the audit reports to ensure the operations activities run in accordance with the given standards.
Monitor industry and regulatory updates, trends, and news to keep the company informed.

Requirements:
Education background in Bachelor Degree (Chemistry-related major preferred). 
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oleochem & Soap Industri.
Familiar with measurement tools and instruments.
The detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving.
Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner.
Physically and mentally health.
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, GMP, and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
Willing to be placed in Medan KIM 2

Junior Store Keeper (Finish Good)

Job Requirements:
Responsible to handle all activities in shift
To coordinating team member in shift
Responsible to shipment activity (Loading, unloading, Seal Container, Gate Pass)
Ensure proper stacking of goods inside the store
Ensure all goods are preserved as per let down guidelines
Maintain all records pertaining to stores
Release finished product as refer to SAP system
Make sure there is no difference between stock in SAP system and the physical goods
Goods issued out be subtracted from store balance
Ensure the store remains clean and tidy
To make sure all check sheet format are filled
Control face paper usage for loading needs 

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree Engineering or Any Field
Able to operate SAP program
Able to Speak in English 
Able to control Material
Experience at least 1 – 3 years as Store Keeper Finish Good
Good & Strength attitude, communication, leadership, integrity, report writing
Good health & physic
Good computer skill in Microsoft Office 
Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan

GA SENIOR OFFICER

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree Majoring Management/Tour & Travel/Secretary or Any Field
Good in English both Speaking and Writing
Experience at least 1 – 5 years as Senior GA & Service Officer especially handle document Expat’s Legal & Permit
Have good relation to Immigration and Authorities will be helpful
Good & Strength attitude, communication, leadership, integrity, report writing
Good health & physic
Good computer skill in Microsoft Office
Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan, North Sumatra

Job Desc:
Responsible of handling Expat’s Legal & Permit
Responsible of handling related documents with Government Offices i.e.
Customs, Immigration, Police etc.
Taking care of office management and relations to service providers, such as cleaning and housekeeping services, Pest control, Transportation, Canteen, Clinic, Labor providers, etc.
Arrange the Company guests (Internal & External)
Prepare application for Work Permit, Stay Permit, Visa, Police Registration and other supporting documents thru Government offices
Arrange employee’s flight ticket and hotel booking for Business Travel as per policy
Assisting Employee to apply Passport and getting Vaccines for Official purposes
Able to prepare yearly budget of GA Expenses
Ensure all the operational of company vehicle are running well
Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by superior
