Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the invoice and make sure the calculation is in accordance with the supporting documents (contract, term sheet) and verify to Team Operation and Marketing to ensure the accuracy of the invoice.
Submit all invoices that have been made to the boss to get approval before being listed into the system.
Recording sales transactions and their costs to General Ledger is done regularly so that the data in General Ledger is always accurate.
Record receipts from customers regularly and on time so that the data in General Ledger is always accurate.
Follow up to the customer related to the invoice that has been sent whether it has been received completely and correctly.

Job Requirements:

Having minimum 5 years of exposure in HR field as HR Business Partner, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development
Having experience in Agribusiness/Plantation/Forestry/Construction industry with hundreds of employees will be an advantage
Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making

47. Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare & Support Business Research and Development through cooperation with third parties as stakeholder, as well as with other parties in the company
Support the development of strategy planning, execution, and finalizing the bidding process conducted by the company.
Provide advice related to technical aspects, legal, and commercial use of the potential Business Project
Ensuring the feasibility study on the potential for Business Development has done with accurate, timely, and provide an adequate profit
Ensuring communication with stakeholders has done well and correctly.
Make sure all the requirements contained in the tender documents have been met by the company as a complete, precise, and accurate.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of any major
Having minimum 3 years of working experience as Business Development Officer/ Supervisor in Forestry/ Agribusiness/or any related industries
Having good Communication Skills, Operations Control, and Financial & Business Analysis Overview

48. Asset Operation Staff

Job Responsibilities:
Support Asset Management Operation on site including daily coordination with customers, administration & documentation, ensure the operation runs smoothly as per standard of Service Level Agreement Checking & monitoring Asset management Operation on site
Provide good services of Facility Management to the customers

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of any major
Having minimum 1 years of working experience in General Affairs/ Asset Operation Management/ Property Management
Having good interpersonal skill, able to work in dynamic working environment

49. Management System Officer

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business Management/ or any related major
Having min.2 years of experience in PDCA System.
Having knowledge about PDCA-PICA System.

50. Rehabilitation Project Controller

Job Responsibilities:
To supervise the operational activities of environmental rehabilitation projects in order to increase the value of land assets and compliance with all regulatory obligations of Adaro Group.Manage the operational activities of planting Watershed (DAS)
Support the startegy implementation of rehabilitation project
Ensure all activities follow the SOPs related to rehabilitation and reclamation activities
Analyzes the operational improvements of watershed rehabilitation
Prepare routine reports in relation to the progress of planting project

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agribusiness/ related major
Have min 3 years experience in rehabilitation and reclamation
Have strong competencies in Project Management, Rehabilitation Management, Reclamation Management, and Law & Regulation
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing to be placed in Adaro Land Sites (West Java, Kalimantan, or Central Java)

51. Land Services Project Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
To do Land Management System technical project included data collection and technical coordination with internal and external parties, to make sure the completeness and suitability of the document with land acquisition standard that has been set.
To construct progress report on Land Management System project and to update Land Management System project master folder to monitored Land Management System project.
To run manufacture administration function, development and distribution of supporting material of Land Management consultation such as guidance, procedure and standard form, training material, etc. so it can be used in corporation office, Adaro Group’s companies central offices, as well as operational fields.
To do research in land regulations that related to operational needs and Adaro Group’s business energy and give recommendation related to Land Management System project.
To maintain good relationship and communicate with external parties that related to operational publishing license and certification, so the submission registration (certification) process and licensing in central, region, as well as local government will be monitored systematically and run in time

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Law / Notary from reputable university.
Minimum 3 year experience as liberation staff or land certification that related to Badan Pertanahan Negara.
FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply
Minimum 3 years total experience as staff (land assets, forestry, and farming industry are preferable).
Have competencies in Writing and Reporting, Project Management. Internal Audit, Surface Rights Compliance & Registration

Implement and control personnel administration activities, employee relations and industrial relations as well as support a conducive relationship between employees and the company.
