Qualifications:
Be Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
Has Bachelor Degree in Chemical Eng, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, Accounting, Public Health with min. GPA 3.3/4.0 Graduate 2022 and 2023, (8th semester are welcome to apply);
Is fluent in English both verbal and written.
Has excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Has active participation in extracurricular and social activities.
Is proactive and possesses strong will to make things happen.

Strategic Sourcing and Coconut Sourcing Development Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions:
Identify, understand and translate purchasing needs for vegetable oils
Register suppliers on the vendor system of Unilever such as Velocity and USQS
Ensure the purchasing contracts are following Unilever’s approval.
Ensure the supply of vegetable oil is keep sufficient by quantity, quality and delivery period so that we have safety stock volume required by the factory.
Purchase raw material oil according to market prices and with the approval of the Line Manager
Evaluate suppliers regularly and coordinate with internal team for any issues with vegetable oil. Recommend to the production team regarding new external supplier to supply raw material oil OR Discontinue collaboration with uncooperative external provider
Develop alternative Tier 2 supplier with compliance to No Deforestation verification, to replace 40-50k requirement of non-compliance Supplier
Recommend to the production team regarding new external supplier to supply raw material oil.

Qualifications:
Must be ready to be relocated to Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in the procurement or related field
Well verse in English
Communicative, good analytical thinking and able to drive ideas
