Payroll Staff

Job Descriptions:
Maintains or oversees the maintenance of employee records.
Ensures compliance with updated government regulations and local wage, and best practices.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
At least two years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in related roles.
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Advance proficiency in MS Office.
Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices
Willing to be placed in KEK Semangkei, Simalungun
