Assistant Purchasing Manager

This position is to assist Purchasing Manager to determine budgets for purchasing products, the types of products to buy, and the progress of inventory shipments. This position is also responsible for updating Vendor or Wholesaler contact information and renewing Vendor contracts.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software

Training Manager

This position is responsible to spearhead and conduct operational excellence training activities in the property. They will be working closely with departmental leaders to identify training needs that derive from guest feedback and internal development plan. This person will also be accountable to manage team member learning journey in related to personal development program.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in an accredited university or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or other related major
Minimum 3 years experience in a related role
Fluent in English written and verbal communication
Experienced departmental trainer / quality assurance / guest experience champion
Well-versed in knowledge and implementation of soft skills and hard skills training
Certified in either way in formal or informal trainings competencies
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate strategic plans/direction
