RETAIL SALES MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:
Research and analyze on market trends and development of sales plan and strategies for target market
Implement sales target and market development goals with preferred products/solutions through close partnership by the intermediaries
Execute Company’s medium to long term strategy to achieve market development targets
Experience in handling supply and lay contracts and projects
Establish strong business relationships with customer and develop value relationships with potential clients to expand business
Location in Medan, Sumatera Utara

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Education: Min. High School (Bachelor Degree any major (be preferred)
Language: English Intermediate Level
Experience: More than 3 years in Sales field especially for TV/ Electronic
Know dealer stores in Medan and having good relationships with the owners
Experience to sales activity to foreigner preferable
Familiar and able to work under the target
Active, smart, creative, energic, work hard, and able to work individual or with team
