Retail Outlet Officer (Temporary)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role Summary:
To ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet
Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
Implement store hours
Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
Good English Communication Skill
Well-grooming and having good personality
Having experience as a sales person will be an advantage
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Willing to be placed in Denpasar
