Project Supervisor/ Pengawas Lapangan (interior)

Responsibilities:
Define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Provide time schedule and work plan
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Report and update due to the ongoing projects

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil /Building / Interior Design
2 years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong analytical skills and able to read construction/ interior drawings
Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful
Own a vehicle
