Detail Function:

To handle brand or product (new or existing), which covers: Channel Development, Brand Content Creation, Partnership, Budget Management or KOL Management.

2. Graduate Trainee – Production & Engineering <<< Please APPLY NOW >>>
Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required

Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.
