Hiring Operational Assistant for Medical E-Learning Platform (PT. Medsense Indonesia Abadi)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to join our team. As an Operational Assistant, you will be responsible and work with department managers to ensure administrative and operational tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly. This includes tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. 

Requirements:
- Female, Bachelor in business, IT, communication, management or marketing
- Proficient in administrative tools, basic Microsoft Office and familiar with Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proper gadget (smartphone, laptop, tablet) with reliable internet connection
- Willing to work offline in Medan
- Proven ability in copywriting or related field

Job description:
Working directly under C-levels to ensure day-to-day tasks of all departments are completed in a timely manner to support the needs of department managers and staff
