The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured accelerated development program for fresh graduate students to be CCEP Indonesia business leader.
You will receive a comprehensive 24 months development program through formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and cross function.
We believe in fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment where every team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

General Qualifications:
Bachelor or master degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Fresh Graduate or have maximum 2- years working Experience
Active in organization or other social activities
Fluent in English speaking & writing
Willing to travel and be placed arround Indonesia
