Palm Oil Sourcing Staff (Area Medan)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Source the Palm Oil Upstream items such as CPO, PK, PKO, PKM, PKE and other byproduct such as POME, PKS, etc.

Develop the Sourcing channel in Sumatra area.

Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Having minimum 3 years of working experience in SOURCING Department of Plantation industry

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field with min. IPK: 3,00 from reputable university

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

Bahasa Korea / Bahasa Hokkien will add more point.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the palm oil industry and trends

Strong work ethic and bright, positive attitude

Good time management skills

Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners, building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation

Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra.

Willing to go on Business Trip to Site.
