Area Manager (Sumatra)

Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of achieving sales results at developing customers and aligning platform brand strategies.

Provide leadership through direction, coaching and planning to increase the field sales team performance, including leading team customer planning process, inclusive of fiscally responsible and coordinate trade planning process, trade effectiveness and efficiency, etc.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and retail programs within company guideline and budgets.

Oversee the end-to-end sales operations process, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and deal closures.

Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending corrective actions.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

Possess at least Bachelor Degree from accredited university

Minimum 5 - 7 years related industry experience which includes cosmetics, 3C,IT, FMCG, etc.

Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, relationship required, which includes KA and small medium enterprises

Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goal

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

Fluent in English. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin would be a plus point

Great understanding of Sumatra and its surrounding areas.
