Sustainability Manager (COFFEE)

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Lead a large team in managing Olam Indonesia Arabica’s certification programs and our certified supply chains. This position will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is in place and processes are being followed in the supply chain as per the relevant certification programs
To be the one person point of contact within the Indonesia Arabica team for Olam’s global CR&S function as well as Olam Coffee’s CR&S team. This position will drive internal Olam programs and initiatives (Coffee LENS, AtSource, OFIS integration, etc.) for Indonesia Arabica – from strategy and target setting, to final execution and delivery against these targets
To propose, plan and implement supply chain / sustainability related projects for Indonesia Arabica. In this regard the role will require working closely with the global Coffee CR&S team as well as our customers. This position will also be responsible for regular reporting on key KPIs for ongoing projects in Indonesia Arabica
To plan, lead and report on crop surveys for the Indonesia Arabica crop throughout the various growing areas and islands. The expected output from these crop surveys will be production quantity, harvest and arrival patterns, and threats to the crop (weather related or otherwise).

Kualifikasi:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
Expert in coffee agronomy with a deep understanding of how to plan and conduct crop surveys
In-depth understanding of certification programs and documentation related to the programs as well as traceability
Mandatory prior experience with coffee certification programs and managing certificated supply chains
Experience in supply chain projects involving multiple stakeholders will be preferred
Should have exceptional team leadership skills and people skills, able to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
While the position is based in Medan, the candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
