Qualifications:

High responsible & with positive attitude

Minimum has experience in similar position

Familiar with hotel system

Excellent in English (both verbal and written)

Willing to work in shift hours

Job Descriptions:

A front desk agent is a professional in the hospitality industry who is responsible for serving hotel guests at the front desk or reception. Their tasks include welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel and its facilities, receiving and directing phone calls, handling guest inquiries, arranging reservations, and delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
