Indomarco memiliki depo di tiap kecamatan yang mengendalikan proses pemerataan distribusi. Depo ini disebut dengan Stock Point.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader (Office Manager, Distribution Manager & Sales Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

1. Management Trainee – Sales

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management / Marketing, any major welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.25 (scale 4.00) from reputable university.
Strong Negotiation Skill
Age maximum 24 years old.
Fresh Graduated or less than 1 year experience.
Proven leadership and organizational experience.
Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”.

2. Management Trainee – Office

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.25 (scale 4.00) from reputable university.
Strong Analitical Skill and attention to details.
Age maximum 24 years old.
Fresh Graduated or less than 1 year experience.
Proven leadership and organizational experience.
Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”.

3. Management Trainee – Logistic

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Strong Analitical Skill
Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.25 (Scale 4.00) from reputable university.
Age maximum 24 years old.
Fresh Graduated or less than 1 year experience.
Proven leadership and organizational experience.
Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”.
