Territory Supervisor - Area Langsa & Medan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Position Purpose: Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement in achieving Sales KPI, distribution & merchandising objectives in the Area assigned.

Sales Planning
Execute and monitor route planning based on guidance as well provide input for the route effectiveness
Define opportunities on their territory and feedback to help the objective planning process for their territory
Plans for the call based on the trading relationship, sales data from the outlet, and/or the needs of customers
Take accountability to analyze information from Bosnet systems and Sales & Marketing programs towards realizing the full benefits for the business

Negotiate contracts or programs within the budget or variable they can trade on behalf of JTI as instructed
Deliver presentation using JTI and POS business information provided to support the JTI selling argument and to build strong working relationships
Manage sales with an advanced selling process, matching JTI product benefits to customer need

Integrate the activities in the POS as well as provide input on executing activities in some POS
Track and monitor the planogram compliance rate and inform the POS on the contract obligations and the implications it can have
Ensure merchandising equipment is clean and functional and arrange fix if required as well as identify equipment lifecycle and plans replacement or refurbishment (if any)
Bring stock from the storeroom and place it on the shelf as well as replenishes the stock level and verbally inform the POS staff on the importance of availability and have the POS do it for themselves if required
Checks compliance standards versus the agreed contract by using data to inform the outlet on performance
Assess the objectives versus plan as well as an individual performance by recording the operational performance in the system

People Management
Develop and maintain a highly motivated and competent Sales Rep by fostering a good working relationship with the team through regular field visitation, understanding their needs & providing appropriate support
Sets individual people & team development plans / targets
Conduct coaching to develop team
Holds regular team engagement meetings to set objectives, motivate team, communicate objectives
