Warehouse and Logistics Executive

Tugas/ Tanggung Jawab:
Support and manage the supply chain activities and management i.e. management of logistics, material ordering and purchasing in line with company operational and finacial strategies;
Improvement process of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse management;
Liase with external parties such as haulage companies, forwarders on delivery and documentation requirements;
Monitor and manage all import shipping documentations for shipments into Indonesia;
Analysis and implementation of forcasting mechanisms to prepare inventory forecasts;
Create weekly/monthly demand plan and analysis file at part number level for evaluation and trend analysis.
Prepare monthly report of warehouse and delivery.
Do stock take.
Do delivery goods to customers and make sure the goods arrive in good condition.
Maintain good comunication with customers.
Support office daily activities.

Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan D3/S1
Candidate preferably possesses indept knowledge on all Logistic & Warehousing matters, such a good understanding of demand forcasting  and strategic procurement.
4 wheels driving license is a must.
Ability to proactively analyse and solve problem solving and interpersonal/communication skills at least 1 year of experience in the related field.
Excellent Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills.
Ability to Multi-Task and coordinate workloads efficiently.
