The journey:
1 month Online Learning with Meratus Academy
3 months on the job training and should pass the Technical Competency Test
6 months to be deploy on site to elaborate the understanding about business
2 months project finalization and evaluation
2 year assignment as Business Manager
Employment will be review in 12 months
