PT Susi Air. Susi Air merupakan salah satu maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter.
Wilayah operasional Susi Air meliputi Jawa, Kalimantan, Maluku, Sulawesi, Papua, Sumatra dan Kupang. Susi Air mengoperasikan penerbangan dari 5 pangkalan utama yakni di Medan (Sumatra Utara), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Jawa Tengah (Cilacap), Jawa Barat (Pangandaran dan Bandung), Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur) dan Jayapura (Papua). Penerbangan harian yang dijadwalkan akan beroperasi dari Medan untuk Bandar Udara Nagan Raya (Meulaboh), Bandara Lasikin (Pulau Simeulue), Bandara Silangit dan Bandara Aek Godang.
Saat ini, PT Susi Air. Susi Air membuka lowongan kerja di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara untuk posisi berikut ini:
1. General Affairs (GA) Officer
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major (preferably in Management, Administration, or related field).
At least 1 year of experience in a General Affairs or related administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal and external parties (vendors, building management, etc.).
Willing to be placed and mobilized as needed.
Qualifications:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Capable of managing office facilities, accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
Able to handle inventory, procurement, and routine office maintenance.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
2. Data Entry Staff
Requirements:
Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any major (preferably Information Systems, Statistics, or related field).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic formulas).
Basic understanding of data input, validation, and accuracy checking.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work with large datasets efficiently.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Fast learner with good time management.
Willing to be mobilized to various locations.
3. Charter & Call Center Officer
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or related field.
Experience in charter flight coordination, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office tools.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to coordinate between clients, operations, and third-party vendors.
Customer-service-oriented and responsive.
Capable of preparing and managing charter flight documentation and contracts.
Attention to detail, especially in handling time-sensitive and client-specific requests.
4. Operation Control Center (OCC)
Requirements:
Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
Have an Aviation educational background
Must posses active FOO License
Must Have attended airline operations courses
Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
Excellent verbal English and written English
Great communication skills
Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
Worked well under pressure
Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
Have knowledge of flight operations
