Procurement Manager

REQUIREMENTS:                 
Bachelor’s Degree
Working experience 3-5 years
Preferably from Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in procurement, Purchasing, Production planning management in Manufacturing Company.
Must be able to speak English
Experienced in importing goods and familiar with PIB procedures.
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 dan FSC implementation standards and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all purchasing activities starting from planning, implementing, monitoring, controlling, and supervising purchases both local and import.
Manage suppliers (both domestic and international) and develop purchasing strategies that meet the budgetary and other operational requirements of the company.
Develop appropriate reporting and monitoring mechanisms that highly cost savings achieved by suppliers and validate supplier performance and concerns.
Responsible for assessing the total cost of company purchases to be reported to the Management.
Responsible for researching and identifying potential new suppliers.
Develops and implements strategies for procuring, purchasing, and maintaining stock levels.
Conduct research to procure the best product and suppliers regarding the value, delivery schedules, and quality.
Comply with all AICA ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 policies and procedures, including but not limited to the AICA Code of Conduct.
