Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Our Client is Well-known the Leading Hospital & Healthcare Company in Indonesia. They are seeking highly motivated individuals and high energy to join the Organization such as the following position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION HEAD POSITION HOSPITAL & HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. Based in Medan & Kalimantan.

Job Descriptions:
Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives (data analysis, demand estimation, brand strategies).
Ensure articulation of a hospital unit’s desired image and position to existing as well as potential customers.
Develop, coordinate, and oversee programs, events, and materials to achieve marketing & communications objectives.
Establish, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts (corporate & insurance) to maximize business growth potential.
Establish, develop, and manage relationships with doctor’s partnerships (physician relation) as part of the business strategy.
Identify potential market opportunities to drive the hospital towards increased business performance
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through initiatives and intervention programs (e.g. Service Excellence) to retain customers.
Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the hospital unit regarding all revenue-driving functions including sales, marketing communications, and customer experience, ultimately to achieve business growth and profitability.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable University in related field
Minimum of 8-year experience in a Business Development / Commercial / Sales role, 3 of which in a Manager role
Maximum 45 years old
Financial reports literacy to develop marketing strategies based on the financial reports
