Construction Manager – Buildings - Medan

Qualifications:
Job Profile need BE (Civil) as minimum
Job profile requires Minimum of 10 to 15 Years of relevant experience with an EPC contractor (main contractor) in delivery of projects of similar complexity using various construction methods including pre-casting / pre-fab.
Team leader and motivator. Train and guide the subordinates with best practices techniques systems etc. and thorough knowledge on Project Execution and management and sequence of production of pre-casting elements in mega projects.
Client facing personality with self-confidence and clarity of thought

Other Dimensions:
The volume handled should be more than 500 no of various types of pre-casting elements production and erection at the field.
Ability to develop site utilization plan, construction of temporary structures (offices space, stores, laydown areas, setting up of RMC yards etc.
Guide the planning team in developing the detailed schedule according to the construction method advising on the expected productivities of labour from the past experience, establishing right sequence of activities with accurate expected duration of activities.
Hands on experience construction of buildings in precast & prefab, structural steel and façade works
Hands on experience in high end finishes with quality standards.
Shall demonstrate leading the construction projects of similar complexity e.g. hotels, hospitals, shopping malls or terminal buildings.
Strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, labor contractors and equipment hire
Manage subcontractors and review their submissions (shop drawings, reports, progress claims etc) and respond and certify them as per the timelines defined in the respective agreements.
Strong focus on quality and safety. Able to deliver the project with zero tolerance policy.
Shall plan the works efficiently with the subcontractors minimizing the idle time of resources.
Support cost control team in estimation of project cost and preparation of budget.
